# 72 |

|
This 3,100sf House located within El Dorado Country Club in Indian Wells, California was originally purchased as a teardown property. After some research it was discovered that the home had been built in 1968, and the current building had been modified from its original design. The original floor plan showed promise, and it was decided that the home would be restored to its former layout. The resulting design retained the original plan, while updating the architecture in a cleaner, more modern fashion. |
