# 99 |
|
|
Renovation of a residence which was originally a portion of the 1925 Chancellor estate, designed by George Washington Smith. The original house had been subdivided into 3 separate homes, with the center section moved. The end section was extensively altered over the years in a manner inconsistent with the original design. The Project included removal of inappropriate modifications and additions, relocation of the Kitchen & Dining Room and the reworking of Entry and gardens. All work was designed in a manner compatible with the original. |
