All entries, except Student and Un-built categories, must have been constructed since January 1, 2005. Projects that have won previous AIA Inland California Chapter Awards in the same category are not eligible.

1. The Project may be submitted by any member of the AIAIC or AIACD Chapter, as long as that member had lead responsibility for the design of the project.
2. The Project may be located anywhere in the world for AIAIC or AIACD Chapter Members.
3. The Project may be submitted by members of other AIA Chapters as long as the Project is within the boundaries of Riverside County or San Bernardino County.
4. Non-Members of the AIA may submit Project(s) as long as the project is within the boundaries of Riverside County or San Bernardino County.
5. Students shall be enrolled in an Architectural Program at a University or Community College level.
