All entries must be built projects, completed on or after January 1, 2001.

1. The Project may be submitted by any member of the AIA LB/SB Chapter, as long as that member had lead responsibility for the design of the project.
2. The Project may be located anywhere in the world for AIA LB/SB Chapter Members.
3. The Project may be submitted by members of other AIA Chapters as long as the Project is within the boundaries of the AIA LB/SB Chapter.
4. Non-Members of the AIA may submit Project(s) as long as the project is within the boundaries of the AIA LB/SB Chapter.
