Set on a hillside, ΒΌ mile from Zuma Beach and the Pacific Coast Highway, the new facility will serve as the face of the campus and as a gateway to the combined middle and high school.  This new structure at Malibu High will create larger, updated facilities to better serve the combined Middle and High School, and the variety of community functions held on campus.

The 3-Phase campus improvements project at Malibu High School will include a new 40,000- square foot, two-story Administration, Library, and Classroom building, and renovations to an existing classroom building.

A strong commitment by all involved parties to environmental stewardship resulted in a project that pushes the boundaries of sustainability in a public school environment, and that will serve as a symbol of the Malibu community's dedication to the protection of their coastal ecology, as well as an important learning tool for the students.
