The success of phase 1 implementation is the result of a comprehensive master plan and capital campaign resulting in a 10 classroom complex including multi-purpose room and central courtyard totaling $11M over 8,500sf.
Clockwise from the school entry at Craig Street: a small courtyard of surrounded by 3 classrooms at the northeast corner, then a southeasterly courtyard of 3 classrooms, then the Multipurpose/Lunch at the south of the campus, and finally a 4-classroom courtyard at the southwest.  This organization creates a campus with a major form in the north (the Gym), a major form in the south (the Multipurpose/Lunch), a large open play area at the center, and secondary groupings of academic courtyards in three quadrants.  Teacher restroom areas are accessed via quiet gardens that can also be outdoor courtyard retreats.
