The new All-Risk Training Center is part of the client's long-term master plan vision to provide a variety of training facilities that enable the fire department, surrounding community colleges with firefighter programs and local utility agencies to train in a safe environment that replicates real world “all-risk” situations. The project includes 26,000 SF of new fire training facilities including indoor and outdoor classrooms, a two-story main fire training academy/administration building, fitness/exhibit building, warehouse/parts storage building, training flash-over chamber building, two-story residential house training building, 70-ft tall training antenna prop, a multi-story training tower, underground rescue training and car evacuation training props.
