The goal of our non-profit clients, Mercy Housing Northwest and Impact Family Village, was to provide a stable and supportive living environment to low-income families. The three-bedroom units extend out from the
building to provide natural ventilation and 180-degree views so parents an watch their kids play in the public spaces. Our designers incorporated green features (meeting Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards)while respecting the client’s budget, and focused on creating a sense of community. |
