| Taking advantage of a site that provided a 180 degree ocean views prescribed a design that opened on one side to view and closed on the street side for privacy. New single family residence was designed on a site with maximum of 14 feet allowable height above street level elevation, therefore the lower level was excavated in this elevated sight allowing for the additional square footage. providing a open floor plan that leads to a infinity pool capturing views. the play from inside outside space and the placement of the building allows light not only in the front face of the building but penetrating deep into the rear portion of the lower level. |
