Irvine High School No. 5
(# 394)
Images Description Credits
The Irvine community is committed to diligent planning and world-class schools, and this commitment is evident as the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) commissions its fifth and newest comprehensive high school. The district’s goal is to create a comprehensive campus that sets the stage for both rigorous academic achievement and the making of memories that will last a lifetime. Scheduled to open in 2016, the new comprehensive high school is a prime example of a district responding to its growing community needs, engaging community stakeholders throughout the design process and going through an extensive educational specifications review process. The result is a tailored educational environment that is being built with the support of educators and the community to specifically meet the unique needs of High School No. 5’s students, faculty and staff.
