| This interpretation of a modern, artistically sculptured beach house was achieved by the combination of complementary proportions and strong composition represented through a perception of organic forms. As this home is only 24’ wide, these forms were carefully designed to maximize views towards the ocean from almost every space of this challenging narrow lot.
Overall, the inspiration of this home is based on its relationship to the beach and views of the ocean, and was guided by the client’s program requirements and the architect’s vision to design a sculptured sand castle of a jewel box.
