| The abstracted shape of the butterfly has been designed to create numerous high value real estate potentials on the pristine water of Yazhou Bay. This wing of Serenity Bay offers a diversity of lifestyle experiences catering to a combination of luxury residential properties and themed touristic accommodations. Slender residential towers, showcasing green terraces with overlooking views to both the exclusive marina and open seas, nourish seasonal market demands via timeshare opportunities and year-round living. Closer inland on this wing is the themed Waterpark Adventure strategically located to the Serenity Bay entrance and in close proximity to major transportation routing.
Phase Three: Cruiser Island
Cruiser Island is the urban core of the project and features attractions for visitors and residents alike. After docking at the cruise ship terminal in the morning, visitors will enjoy the world-class duty-free mall. As the day progresses, tourists continue along the gracious car-free plazas to take in culinary experiences at Food Street. The sun sets and passage to the sister island containing the Crystal Butterfly Chapel and sculpture gardens becomes magical. Afterwards, as the light fades, guests make their way to the Boardwalk and look into the marina; the full day of activities is made complete by the transcendent water show and light parade.
Phase Four: Cultural Heart
If Serenity Bay is comprised of four special interest islands, the Cultural Heart is the union of these lifestyles into a memorable and identifiable experience. The bold architectural gestures of The Aquarium at Serenity Bay and Ocean Sports Center anchors one end of the island and draws visitors through the green heart featuring botanical gardens, aviaries and performance venues. At the other end of the green heart, highly visible to approaching sea craft is the South Sea Training and Convention Center and Aero-themed Hotel with sea plan docks and resort style artificial beach.
Phase Five: Resort Wing
The great beauty of the butterfly shape is present in the outermost wing here designed as a Premiere Resort Properties Zone. This area crafts unique and valuable properties where none other exists featuring a High-end Boutique Resort, an Eco Resort, Exclusive Residential Towers and a South Sea Themed Hotel situated closely to artificial white sand beaches.
