This two story residence was created to overlook views of city and ocean from a 270 degree hilltop site.
The large open plan allows a full view of the gardens, the curved infinity pool that acts as a foreground to the ocean beyond.
sculptural stairs lead you to a bridge element connecting the master suite to the other bedrooms. floating walls capture views of water elements and frame interior fire elements.
an open plans allows the space to be full of light as well as access to the one of a kind views.
roof gardens surround the upper level deck capturing a green garden with is the foreground for yet another city and ocean view.
the two story house sits on top a full basement which houses the garage as well as movie theatre ,Gym , Spa and maids quarters.
glass walls at the rear of the house open to a exterior elevated decks and flow down into the back yard ending at the pool.
the 160 foot pool plays with capturing the vies by creating swim areas, shallow water areas to lounge in, sunken bar and floating seating area over shallow water.
