Completed in 2016, this jewel of an office space provides rich conversation as each gust is ushered in, to enjoy the custom designed artistic installations throughout this space. This 2,500 square foot commercial office space had a simple program - maintain privacy for each of the advisor's private offices, while creating an open airy office environment.
The design strategy was to infuse our client's space with a refined recherché elegance, crafting every detail to become a highly sought after space.
The lobby provided a series of vantage points and sitting scenarios to accommodate multiple clients arriving at the same time or to allow for extend family estate planning sessions (with seating styles that adjust for multiple generation guests). The kitchen and breakroom acts as the heart of the office with the bar height table functioning as the team conference/meeting space. The custom fabricated screen can rotate between the corridor and the meeting space to allow for more or less visual access depending on the client traffic or schedule for the day. The astern of the screen is delicately reflected in the window glass film to provide privacy as clients meet with their advisors.
