| An existing 82,000-sq.-ft. single-story manufacturing facility has been reimaged with a progressive design that will change their business practices and corporate branding approach. Focused around an “urban village” concept the project incorporates internal boulevards, parks and neighborhoods, providing daylight, landscape elements and organization to the contiguous single level space. Progressive office concepts included benching systems, open offices, collaborative and social spaces as well as distinct environmental graphics and branding strategies. Skylights and Solatubes flood the space with natural daylight, and internalized vertical vegetative walls bring exterior landscape indoors, providing an organic connection to the environment. |
