4.SPECIAL CHALLENGES/UNUSUAL CHARACTERISTICS:Keep street presence as close as possible to single-family residence.Basement excavated under house for Family Room & Garages. Office/Loft added as 2nd story.<br />
5.SOLUTION/DESIGN:<br />
a.Design Intention - Restore house to original condition where possible, renovate as-needed. Additions to maintain or enhance original level of detail in the Spanish Colonial Revival Style.<br />
b.Principal Features - New Spanish Colonial Revival Style detailing with beamed or vaulted ceilings throughout. Extensive use of new Tunisian Tile. New stenciling to match existing. Spanish Colonial Revival gardens with fountains.<br />
