New 15,000 sq. ft. residence on a 200 acre ranch, replacing original structure by John Byers which burned. The project included extensive use of Malibu style tiles and features the owner's collection of Monterrey and early California antiques, art and artifacts. The project was heavily driven by the client's extensive knowledge of California art & architecture and attention to detail.
