This 1,500sf Condominium Home is located in Palm Springs, CA, and was purchased with the intention to restore the interior and showcase the original distinctive architectural elements which once gave this home its mid-century modern identity. A full interior renovation was completed focusing on restoring the unique architectural features of this timeless mid-century home. The design strategy used was preserving existing materials when possible, utilizing salvaged materials when available, and respectfully fabricating missing architectural features when necessary.
