The design focuses on enhancing organizational interaction through visual & physical access. The building core anchors the space as a reference point to the brand experience. View corridors with glazed office fronts and low-horizon workspaces; connect people to distant views and natural light, while ensuring an efficient and flexible space. Lighting performs 32% greater than T-24 meeting the 2030 Challenge for interior spaces.
Planning reflects a decentralized leadership structure where leaders are located with their teams and business units to promote rapid response to marketplace needs. The corner offices have been replaced by shared meeting spaces that become the intersection between people, process, and ideas. Work/life spaces include a staff lounge, Zen room and wellness studio.
