PROJECT CONTEXT / SCOPE
A jewel nestled into one of the two nondescript boxes across from the historic Fairmont Park on the outskirts of downtown Riverside. This small interior tenant improvement of 1,244 Square Feet is the third generation office space for a local private wealth advisory company in its 25 year history. The company focuses on using its national influence and presence to strengthen its core values of being client and regionally focused.
CLIENT CHALLENGE
This is a small interior tenant improvement with a BIG focus on not only maintaining, but enriching the advisor/staff interaction during each and every client visit. Whether the clients fly in on their private plane from a neighboring state to review their estate trust or drive from 5 minutes away to start their first investment, the client experience will be first class.
Next, bring an environment full of analytics and numbers into equilibrium with our client’s favor towards the arts and a personal reflection of the team. Packed into a small office environment, the artistic challenge was to organize six different artwork mediums into a cohesive workplace. Create a workplace focused on the detailed analytics of a client’s financial picture set amongst artistic gestures, ideas and declarations.
Last but not least, make this the jewel. This company has a rich history of providing its clientele premier customer service, their new offices needed to be reflective of the level of quality and care provided.
DESIGN SOLUTION
A mapping of the client’s “moment” or interaction with each staff member set to inform the programmatic layout.
A material palette inspired by national branding, sustainable sourcing and bringing an energetic elegance to a financial setting.
