According to Perris Elementary School District’s Superintendent, “Clearwater Elementary School is the school you’ve always dreamed of.” We partnered with the district to design a school that truly inspires learning and curiosity at every turn. The campus offers so much more than the standard bare, basic-needs spaces—the student-centric environment showcases a variety of scale and color, puts water conservation strategies on display, and provides indoor/outdoor learning opportunities for all students. And the classrooms aren’t typical square boxes—they are designed with different nooks and zones that allow for many different types of learning to take place in one room.
