Minutes away from the Taquitz Canyon, facing the grand San Jacinto mountain range, this new 35,000 square foot community care center will provide critical and comprehensive health services, previously unavailable in the area.
Textures of wood, stone, glass and metal in natural hues evoke the desert landscape as a shielded two-story high glass lobby provides sweeping views without glare or heat from the desert sun, with daylight harvesting. Interior spaces receive daylight through a custom Solatube system.
This unique medical office building is expressly created to match its function and reflect the integrity and character of the population it serves. through the resilient design, slated for LEED certification, we were compelled to honor and welcome a diverse and inclusive public a community of people integral to the Palm Springs landscape that will now have a place to call their own.
