| Our firm was commissioned to develop a unique drive-through Starbucks® coffee shop in the future transit village area that is adjacent to the near-future commuter rail platform, in the Redlands Packing House District. The design of the coffee shop is unique with its welcoming butterfly roof, materials that harken to the agrarian-rich history of the area, and its pedestrian-friendly patios. |
