BACKGROUND – Originally built and used by the U.S. Air Force as a banquet hall in 1974, this building had laid vacant for years before transformed to serve as the headquarters for the San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA) and the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA).<br />
