Co-Working Office Space (# 195) |
|
|
The city of Riverside, California, needed a new approach for its working lifestyle, and this Co-Working Office Space was proportionate to the 91 Freeway. It had the opportunity to become an impactful site for the company We-Work and other tenant usages. The named office, the Interconnection of Riverside, provided shifted floor plates to construe seismic activity and tenant access throughout the entire space. By creating outdoor gathering spaces that hug the building, workers and visitors could get a campus-like feeling to explore Riverside's outdoors and indoor aesthetic. |
