| Previously a brownfield site, this six-story, LEED Gold-targeted inpatient tower addition will provide enhanced functionality to the existing medical campus through its innovative care environment. A new dedicated emergency department walk-in entry enhances wayfinding, allowing visitors easy access to the new addition. A new parking structure will effectively redistribute the parking populations throughout the campus, reducing overcrowding issues. The design integrates circulation and medical services between the existing hospital and the new tower for a seamless synthesis. |
