The project comprises of two building renovations that make up the central campus at the College of the Desert Campus.
The larger building, the Hilb provides the community with a state-of-the-art library and learning environments. The existing concrete building is transformed by shedding elements of its heavy exterior skin to create an inviting focal point at the campus core.
The smaller building houses the administrative services including the president’s office and boardroom. The main entry to this building faces a main campus entry drive and receives the community to pre-functions of social events and board meetings.
