| This project studies the impact of removing and replacing an existing Marine Safety Headquarters structure due to rising seas on the most visible and arguably, most beautiful site in the community. So, how do you put a building in a view corridor where a building should be? Give the site back to the community, create an anti-building, and provide 20,000 square feet of new public space along the shore. |
