The California Baptist University Baseball and Softball Clubhouse creates a high-performance home for two championship programs while strengthening the identity of the Lancers Outdoor Athletic Complex. Strategically positioned between Totman and Funk Stadiums, the 14,400 sf facility serves athletes, coaches, fans, and recruits with a clear programmatic organization: baseball to the west, softball to the east with support spaces at the center. Its mission-style campus language is reinterpreted with contemporary athletic branding, bold CBU graphics, and field-facing balconies that visually connect work, preparation, and competition. Inside, the building becomes a celebration of program legacy through the dramatic two-story lobby, interactive history display, championship exhibits, suspended bat installation, and illuminated Rain Wall. Locker rooms, sports medicine, offices, and meeting spaces combine elite-performance functionality with a strong sense of pride, place, and team culture.
